Controls Commissioning

   For Integrators and OEM's I offer my experience as a troubleshooter or a project assistant.   I have worked with many different PLC and Drive systems including many vintage controls.   Retrofits of old systems as well as new machinery have been commissioned by me.   I understand what it takes to make a line work.  

  I can assit you with or do your I/O checks, process troubleshooting and followup visits.  My experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and analog devices will be an asset to your crew.  I have a good history of working with the installation contractors on turnkey projects. 

  Do not let the lack of reliable manpower prevent you from taking on projects. 

  Hourly rate is negotiable depending on project.  Expenses for travel and lodging are billed at cost incurred.  A $35 /day Per Diem applies.   Milwaukee, WI is the base airport.
