Service Plans

  I have setup and been a part of many different preventative maintenance plans.  I know what it takes to minimize unscheduled downtime.  I know what parts you need to keep in stock and am familiar with locating them.

  With your Service Plan I will make regular scheduled visits and be available by phone 24/7 to assist your crew.  These scheduled visits might include a PM or repairs of problems before they become breakdowns.

  In the event of a  breakdown I will troubleshoot with your crew by phone first and travel if necessary.   When a breakdown occures we share the expense.  You pay for the travel and lodging and I provide the labor.

  On larger lines I am installing a monitoring system that will allow remote troubleshooting and data collection from the line.  This is a beta project that is evolving as fast as the communication technologies.

  Pricing varies with the complexity of the line and the location.
